Biography

As a versatile composer working in the entertainment industry, my unique blend of technology, orchestration and meticulous production provides me with a broad range of compositional and creative approaches. Powerfully stylized scores and a strong dramatic sensibility have cultivated my repeated collaborations.

He earned his Film Scoring Degree from the University of Southern California School of Music.

While attending USC, he was awarded the BMI Film Music Composition Scholarship, the ASCAP Film Music Honor and second place finalist in the 1993 Mixed On A Mackie National Songwriting Competition.

He has collaborated on several projects with director Simon Wincer, including Warner Bros. / IMAX NASCAR 3D: THE IMAX EXPERIENCE, TNT?s MONTE WALSH and CROSSFIRE TRAIL, both starring Tom Selleck.

He scored all four of Mattel Entertainment?s Fairytopia film series, earning an EMMY nomination for his score to Magic Of The Rainbow. Mattel?s claymation series Little People was another from a variety of projects he?ve score for them.

Additional credits include Comedy Central's Con, First Look/Overseas, BARK!, which was in dramatic competition at the 2002 Sundance Film Festival, The Wonderful World of Disney?s Life-Size, starring Lindsay Lohan and Tyra Banks, and Model Behavior starring Maggie Lawson and Justin Timberlake.
